At M.G. Auto & Truck Repair Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure you are happy with the services provided. However, due to the nature of automotive repair services, please review our refund policy below:
Services Rendered
All services (diagnostics, repairs, inspections, labor) are non-refundable once completed and signed off by the customer. If you believe the service was not completed correctly, please contact us immediately so we can inspect and correct the issue.
Parts and Materials

New Parts: We may issue a refund or replacement if a part is found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Shipping, restocking, or labor fees may apply.

Special Order Parts: These are non-refundable unless defective.

Used/Customer-Supplied Parts: No refunds or warranties apply to used or customer-supplied parts.
Cancellations and Deposits

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, any deposit paid will be refunded.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit, depending on the time and parts reserved.
Re-Work or Warranty Repairs
If you are not satisfied with the repair, please return to the shop within 30 days and allow us to inspect and correct the issue. This is covered under our limited labor warranty, if applicable. Refunds will not be issued for work performed by other shops after leaving our facility.
Disputes
If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us first. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue fairly. Chargebacks filed without giving us an opportunity to resolve may result in a denial of future services.
